End of the weekend and it’s been busy with moving out of our house and into a housesit home. Not the most productive as I didn’t do any work, the split of my time since Friday:

Three bad decisions I made this weekend:
- Amount of food I ate both days. There was snacking throughout the day which was too much, but then going crazy for dessert and shit food in afternoon/evening. This is a big let down and it will affect my sleep and energy tomorrow, plus weight loss goals
- Entertainment and Wasted Time – I could’ve pulled some decent time back from both of these and turned them into small work blocks. Clearing emails, or devising a plan for tomorrow. It didn’t need to be anything crazy, but doing small amounts here will add up
- It was an admin heavy weekend with moving out of our place. There wasn’t a lot I could’ve done about it but maybe just been smarter about the time and squeezing some of the periods
Three good decisions I made this weekend:
- Had a few beers each night but kept them to a good level. Didn’t go crazy which is the main thing
- Got plenty of exercise in both days
- Had a nap on Sunday which is always better than more destructive habits I can choose
Plan for next week:
- Big productive work day with long, focused stints of work
- Less snacking throughout the day and swap dessert for a 30-60 minute walk
- Better tracking of time so I can find areas to improve
