DAY 16 (AM): TUESDAY 23RD SEPTEMEBER 2025

The last few days have been okay whilst not perfect, but I do need to keep stepping this up.

On Sunday I went for a 30km training run with my partner as she is training for a marathon, however I did no work. So I finished last week with only 30.20 productive hours which is just over half the required amount of 56 hours.

Yesterday I only got 5.45 hours completed which isn’t enough for a Monday. I wasted 40 minutes at 8.50am which isn’t acceptable because the mornings needs to be protected at all costs. I should be able to work 8am-12pm as minimum hours without distraction. I then took too long walking the dog, and then lost a few small pockets of time which meant I didn’t get close to the 8 hours that I should’ve.

There is so much time available in a day but I’ve got to make the most of small windows if I’m going to first get to 56 hours, but then consistently do it. It isn’t big decisions that are costing me, it’s small decisions to take a short break when I just need to keep moving forward.

I am currently living in a time with the most amount of opportunity I will ever have. I need to maximise this by stringing together some good days and getting my 8 hours done, then fitting in my other goals around it.

There are a few golden days coming up over the next 3 days, and I need to execute them before I have some social activities on Friday and Sunday.

I’m not that far off, but I just need to make a few better decisions at times when I don’t feel like doing them. An hourly check-in will always be better than going on a distracted website or choosing to look at my phone. Check-in and review progress and ask myself what I can be doing to increase activity, and increase leads flowing towards me.

I have plenty of ideas for things I want to achieve but I’m already on day 16 of this 180 day challenge and don’t feel a huge amount closer.

Today I have a few compliance activities I need to get stuck into, and once I’ve done those, I need to smash sales and get the sales pipeline flowing. There is so much opportunity in the world today whether it be learning through new podcasts, taking action to help customers, or doing some heavy sales work and follow-ups. There is a ton of money to be made today and I just need to keep putting in the reps to get better so that my volume can negate luck of contacting the right person at the right time.
