DAY 34 (AM): SATURDAY 11TH OCTOBER 2025

This morning I have woken up feeling tired after a big few days of work, exercise, and eating healthy. My body is feeling a little bit depleted.

Some small thoughts crossed my mind about relaxing and having a break for some pleasurable activities but I won’t do that. I just need to keep going a little bit longer and keep pushing.

It has been 4 days since I set the limitations on what I’ll give up until I have $1m liquid cash in my bank account and I can’t quit on that. I know it will get difficult and I’ll want to go back to having alcohol but I can’t give up on this. Alcohol and sugary food will be the two that I’m most tempted to break, but I need to stick to this.

Is it realistic to think that I can achieve this goal in 146 days when I’ve currently got about $8k in my bank account and plenty of debt? Probably not, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try.

Removing the distractions in my life has helped me become more focused on what matters but removing the podcasts I used to listen to for enjoyment, and watching sport was a distraction. Without these I have more energy and attention for what matters which is work and making progress with my business.

This weekend I think there will be challenges to make good decisions because I often get tempted by distractions and bad choices in the weekends. I normally eat bad food or make bad decisions in the weekend because I get bored or don’t really have a plan. This weekend I am wanting to channel this energy into my work and progressing my goals forward.

There is so much opportunity available this weekend through actions I might take, conversations I might have, or planning I might do to set the business up. Therefore I should be really excited by the opportunity I have in front of me to take some action and get some reps in to get closer to my goals. No reps are wasted and they all teach me something and add to my skillset. Each problem that we solve moves us closer to being able to make the kind of money that we want to make.

Exciting weekend ahead which I’m really keen to make the most of to help me move my business, finances, and fitness goals forward.
