I don’t know if I can keep going. I’m really struggling at the moment because I’m not making enough money and I don’t have a plan to get out of this.
I had a plan for my business to move away from a standard service in my industry, but it feels like I’m being drawn back in because I can’t make my way work.
I had a goal of $20k sales for September but I don’t think I’ll even get above $5k which means I’ve had to take on more personal debt in order to keep going.
What am I doing wrong?
- Do I have a plan?
- Am I executing enough?
- Is my plan wrong?
I’m running out of runway here and I’ve got no idea what to do to fix this.
This isn’t a long post today because I’m feeling genuinely lost and deflated and thinking about changing direction because I don’t know if this one is working.
