DAY 3 (AM) FRIDAY 29TH AUGUST 2025

Yesterday wasn’t my best day but mainly impacted by going through the process of moving house so only got 3.36 hours of productive work done. However there are 24 hours in a day, 7 for sleep, so there were still 17 hours available. I just needed to be better with my time and get good results from small pockets of time.

I ate extra food in the morning and then stopped for an early lunch. This is one of the biggest habits I need to break and instead act more inline with how I was acting on Wednesday which was just knuckling down and grinding through the tough times.

Yesterday I took out another $10k loan under my personal name. This means I’ve taken out $30k in the last 3 months and I’m now drowning in debt but this just means I’ve got to figure out a way to make more money. With these debt repayments, and my tax payment plan, my repayments are now over $1,000 per week.

But I’m in control of my income and there’s nothing stopping me from making $4k per week delivering great results. I just need to put in more hours, work on developing the processes, and then reflecting on what’s happened.

There’s a big problem that I start each day without a plan to work on. This is becoming a bigger and bigger issue and means that I wake up and don’t have something that I can tackle immediately.

I don’t have much time to spare because my debt is going to start ballooning. I need to figure out how to run a profitable business, and make more money. My revenue goal is to make $20k in September, that will at least allow me to chip away at some of these debts, and get some breathing room.

So now the question becomes how do I make $20k in September?

Ideally I would get 5x clients in my ideal target market which is a $4k per month retainer and 30% net margins. But I’m struggling to get these clients for a couple of reasons:

  • I haven’t put enough consistent work into the sales process
  • My offer isn’t good enough

I think I just had a lightbulb moment when writing “My offer isn’t good enough” because I know that there is an offer out there that is both achievable, and would result in 95% conversion e.g. if I offered free accountancy services and if they ended up with a tax bill, I would pay the tax for them, and pay them dollar-for-dollar the amount.

If someone out there has a problem (everyone has problems), then we can create the perfect offer for them by doing more work. This is where I need to spend more of my time once I’ve completed all my operations work for the day.

  1. Operations (clear all outstanding tasks – automate, delegate, schedule, do)
  2. Offer (continue to develop insane offers and how they’ll work for operations)
  3. Sales (sell the offer to people in large volumes and get feedback)
    1. I think as part of this process, I need to pick up the phone and call 10 people per day
